The DSI Leadership Program (DSILP) is India's first leadership development program for social enterprises. Tailor-made for the requirements of founders, executive directors and senior management of high potential social enterprises, the program assists participants to expand their potential and the impact of their social enterprises. The program works itself through four modules - on leadership, strategy for expansion, brand building and creating a professional firm – over the course of a year.

This year, the first module of the program was hosted at the American School of Bombay, and 39 social sector leaders from 12 cities across the country worked their way through numerous targeted Harvard Business School case studies, explored new concepts and shared their personal experiences, to master the many complex challenges typically faced by organizations as they scale.
