
Dasra runs an inspiring fellowship program where annually 5-10 talented individuals are given the opportunity to work alongside one of the Dasra teams. The fellowship program has a competitive application process, and after a series of interviews fellows are selected on the basis of skills set and work experience.

Dasra Social-Impact Fellow
Ashley works directly with the social entrepreneurs that participate in Dasra's Social Impact (DSI) program. As a core member of the DSI team, Ashley recommends promising entrepreneurs for inclusion in the DSI program, visits social businesses in order to understand their business models and their match with Dasra's goals, and helps manage the DSI workshops that take place throughout the year.
Prior to joining Dasra, Ashley worked in Tajikistan as a Fulbright Scholar, teaching English and conducting research on microfinance initiatives. She has also worked as a Program Assistant on Afghanistan and Pakistan at the U.S. Institute of Peace in Washington, D.C.
Ashley holds a Bachelors Degree in International Relations from Tufts University. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys backpacking and biking and is on a never-ending search for the best street food in Mumbai.

Investor Relations Fellow
Joining the Investor Relations group as a fellow, Kimberly brings 7 years of business development and program management experience to the team from her work at the Andersen Corporation and Carewatch, a health care focused social enterprise based in the U.K. Just before moving to India and beginning her work with Dasra, Kimberly was on the founding team of two start-up social enterprises. One of these social initiatives, based around a new technology in point of use water filtration, has received recognition from numerous industry outlets, including the Global Clean Tech Cluster Awards.
Philanthropy and social business practices have been woven into Kimberly's entire career. She has taken formal and informal roles mentoring and consulting for the Department of Children and Family Services and the Department of Corrections and has been involved in a variety of Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. Kimberly holds a bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Indian Philanthropy Forum Fellow
Radhika is a fellow in the Indian Philanthropy Forum, where she engages individuals and foundations in philanthropy to create social change. She brings experience from both the private and non-profit sectors to this position. Before Dasra, she worked in the corporate sector in New York for four years, most recently in corporate access for an agency-broker dealer, where she supported investor outreach for corporations, providing C-level management with access to institutional investors through meetings and roadshows. She has also volunteered extensively for Sakhi for South Asian Women, a New York-based non-profit that seeks to end domestic violence. She led Sakhi's first young professional fundraising committee, and authored a white paper to advocate for more culturally-sensitive laws and policies for South Asian survivors and their families.
She has a B.A. in Psychology from Wellesley College, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and is a StartingBloc 2010 Social Innovation Fellow. As an IPF fellow, Radhika is excited to learn about the social sector in India and pursue her passion of helping others realize their power to challenge social problems. Radhika enjoys reading, visiting art galleries, watching sitcoms and stand-up comedy, and exploring new cities.

Research Fellow
Yogeeta works as a Research Fellow at Dasra. She contributes to conducting in-depth analysis on specific social sub-sectors in India to identify funding gaps and scout high impact organizations for follow up by the Portfolio team.
She has diverse work experience in the field of development, ranging from the Department of Economic and Social Affairs at the United Nations headquarters to grassroots community development organizations in Mumbai. Prior to joining Dasra, Yogeeta worked as a Research Analyst at Acumen, a public policy research firm, coordinating projects related to the administration of healthcare benefits for low-income populations in the United States.
Yogeeta graduated from Johns Hopkins University in December 2009 with a BA in Public Health Studies and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Management. While at Johns Hopkins, she travelled to India, China and South Africa to explore issues related to social justice and community development. She hopes to continue this process of experiential learning at Dasra by traveling across India to meet innovative non profits and social businesses.
