Social-Impact International is a global organization that seeks to further the field of social entrepreneurship by supporting social entrepreneurs in their mission to get to scale sustainably, thereby increasing their social impact and solving some of the world's most complicated systemic problems.



First Light Ventures & Village Capital
First Light Ventures (FLV) is an independent fund within the Gray Ghost Ventures' family of initiatives. The fund serves as an incubator and investment partner to seed-stage, for-profit social ventures. FLV's unique investment strategy is designed to accelerate the successful development of scalable and sustainable social enterprises that provide goods and services to low-income customers in emerging markets around the world. Their partnership with Dasra revolves around the pilot launch of Village Capital a peer funding competition that puts investment decisions in the hands of the entrepreneurs.


British Asian Trust
The British Asian Trust aims to serve as a 'social fund' in support of high impact charities within the areas of education, enterprise and health in South Asia (Bangladesh, India, Pakistan & Sri Lanka) and the UK.  British Asian Trust's model is one of co-funding with other foundations who are on the ground who provide due diligence and hands on assistance.



GiveIndia
GiveIndia is an online donation platform that allows you to support a cause of your choice from 200+ non-profits. All non-profits on the GiveIndia platform have been scrutinized for transparency & credibility. GiveIndia does not raise funds for themselves, it helps you donate to other non-profits. GiveIndia lets you choose exactly how you want your donation to be used. GiveIndia then provides you with a feedback report so you know how you helped to change a life. At least 90% of your contribution reaches the non-profit you support (as against the average of 60-80% for the non-profit sector). GiveIndia has channeled more than Rs. 100 Cr. since its inception in 1999 impacting more than a million lives across India. GiveIndia has more than 50,000 donors and partners with more than 90 companies.

TONIIC
Toniic is a global network of action-oriented impact investors, both individuals and institutions. We increase the velocity of money and services into impact investing to address global challenges. Our members commit to discover, evaluate, nurture and invest in entrepreneurs, enterprises and funds that are changing the world for the better.



UnLtd. India
UnLtd India is a seed fund and incubator for social entrepreneurs. They work with early-stage social entrepreneurs to help them: accelerate their progress, develop as leaders, and prepare high-impact organisations for scaling and further investment.




AJWS
American Jewish World Service (AJWS) is an international development organization. AJWS is dedicated to alleviating poverty, hunger and disease among the people of the developing world regardless of race, religion or nationality. Through grants to grassroots organizations, volunteer service, advocacy and education, AJWS fosters civil society, sustainable development and human rights for all people.
 

CSO Partners
CSO Partners believes that the path to inclusive growth in India is active participation of a wide variety of players, especially civil society organizations (CSOs). By engaging at various levels with diverse groups, including governments, corporate bodies and individuals, CSO Partners seeks to: mobilize resources and enhance the effectiveness of CSOs, facilitate support services for CSOs and promote the culture of accountability and transparency in CSOs.
 

The Khemka Forum on Social Entrepreneurship
The Khemka Foundation’s annual forums on social entrepreneurship are designed to create an ecosystem, a community of sorts for all the players in the field. Every year, social entrepreneurs, investors, academics, government representatives and thought leaders gather under a ‘big tent’ to share their thoughts on scaling social impact.




Sankalp
The Sankalp 2010 Awards and Investment Forum is an annual Intellecap initiative committed to catalyzing entrepreneurship in the social enterprise space. Sankalp actively facilitates collaboration between established and budding entrepreneurs, investors, thought leaders and sector stakeholders interested in contributing effectively towards this fledgling yet fast-growing industry.
                                                                                                         

AVPN
The AVPN is an exciting new initiative to grow and develop the venture philanthropy movement across the Asia Pacific region. Modelled on our sister network in Europe, we aim to provide services to our members. We are now building a coalition of individuals and organisations who would like to join us in making the AVPN is a vibrant philanthropy community.
We plan to launch the Network during 2011 and have incorporated as a non-profit association in Singapore. Venture philanthropy funds are springing up all across Asia. We know of VP funds in India, Greater China, Japan, Singapore,
