Seema Chaudhary
Seema is the Manager in the Information Technology Practice at Deloitte focusing on the implementation of SAP for Consumer Businesses.

She also is an advisor to a grassroots village development organization located outside of Kolkata in West Bengal. She received an undergraduate degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Brain & Cognitive Sciences and a PhD from the University of Toronto.



Nina Godiwalla
Nina is with Johnson & Johnson assisting with Brand Management and Corporate Social Responsibility.

In the past she has worked with the New York City Investment Fund, Oxygen Media and Morgan Stanley. Nina has played an active role with numerous non profit organizations, including St. Lukes Crisis Center and Akanksha. She received a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University Texas at Austin, a Masters in Arts with a concentration in Women's Studies from Dartmouth and is currently at The Wharton School of Business.



Audrey Rothstein
Audrey has more than 25 years of marketing and publishing experience working with firms and non-profits in the Washington, DC area. She began her career at McGrawHill and the American Iron and Steel Institute. She was the associate executive director of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources. Most recently, she was the director of marketing and communications at the American Occupational Therapy Association. A former vice president of the American Women for International Understanding (AWIU), Audrey was one of four American women selected to participate in a study exchange in China hosted by the All China Women's Federation.

Audrey has a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Maryland. She is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and co-author of Foreign Language in the Elementary School: A Practical Guide (Center for Applied Linguistics, Washington, DC.)

Audrey lives just outside of Washington, DC. She and her husband have three children.



Nehal Sanghavi
Nehal is a founding board member and in-house legal counsel for Dasra.

He has worked in the Corporate Law and Commercial Department with Baker Botts, Latham & Watkins; King & Spalding, and Connelly & Baker, Wortring, and Jackson. Nehal’s non profit experience includes a six month assignment with Disha in West Bengal, and he serves on the board of IndiCorps, a volunteer exchange program for India. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Trinity University in San Antonio and a Doctorate Jurisprudence from the University of Texas at Austin.
Matthew Spacie
Matthew first came to India in 1986 where he worked as a volunteer with The Sisters of Charity in Kolkata.

Following his graduation and a number of management positions in the UK, he was posted to India ten years later working as the Chief Operating Officer for Cox & Kings, then India’s largest travel company. In February 1999, Matthew started the Magic Bus, a non profit organization located in Mumbai providing life skills to underprivileged youth using sport and recreational activities. In July 2002, Matthew was awarded the prestigious Ashoka Fellowship. In addition to serving as chairman of Magic Bus, Matthew also started and heads their marketing division.
