Originally from the UK Kiron has worked for Tata Capital Private Equity in India for 18 months and brings with him a wealth of experience in finance and accounting through his work with Lloyds TSB, Moore Stephens LLP and Anderson where he has worked at Director and Manager level in middle market business support, corporate advisory services and fund management.

Prior to Dasra, Nirav spent four years in the financial sector in New York. Most recently, he was an Associate with Eos Partners, a private equity fund investing in middle market companies. At Eos, Nirav evaluated investment opportunities across several industries and worked closely with portfolio companies. Before he joined Eos Partners in 2007, Nirav worked as an Analyst at JP Morgan.

Nirav currently serves on the Social Investment Council of Echoing Green, a global non-profit organization seeding social entrepreneurs. While living in New York, he was very involved with StreetWise Partners, a non-profit building mentoring relationships between volunteer business professionals and low-income adults. Nirav is originally from Houston, Texas and graduated with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Finance.

Akruti holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). In her spare time, Akruti enjoys volunteering at The Sharanam Centre, a shelter in Dharavi that houses 30 underprivileged girls, and teaching the girls how to play soccer.
