Setting Up A Youth Advisory Board – A Guidebook

Dasra with support from Pravah institutionalised youth advisory boards under two of its adolescents & young people centered initiatives- Youth Ke Bol and 10to19. These advisory boards have helped in bolstering the inclusion and centring of young people’s voices and realities within all aspects of programming through seeking direct inputs on planning, communication and implementation of activities across the work that we do. This document draws on the experience of convening these advisory boards to share principles and processes required for an organisation looking to convene a youth advisory board.
